General Information Registration:
After dropping off your clubs at the bag drop, please park your car and go to the clubhouse for registration and an expanded continental breakfast.
Practice Areas:
Putting greens and driving ranges will open at 6:30 A.M. Golf Shop:
Golf Shop will open at 6:30 A.M. and will remain open until 3:30 P.M. for redemption of prizes. Cell Phones:
Cell phones use is permitted on the golf course, but should not affect the pace of play. Attire:
Casual attire during the event and at lunch. Please wear collared shirts on the golf course. Bermuda shorts are acceptable. Only soft spike shoes are allowed on the course. Scoring Procedure:
Format is a Texas scramble. All players tee-off, pick the best drive and play their own ball in from there. This is a team event. The team score will be the sum of the two Best Net balls from each hole. We ask that you provide us with your official GHIN handicap if you have one, or provide your "average score" - be honest! We will assign a handicap for those players who do not have a GHIN handicap. Tees:
Men use the Blue tees. Women use the Green tees.
Hole-in-One Prizes:
Not just one chance - ALL par 3's will have opportunities for great prizes including a trip to the 2011 Masters Tournament.

At registration you may purchase mulligans for $20.00 each or buy a Superticket for $60.00, which includes 3 mulligans and much more. Muligans may be used anywhere on the course, except for tee shots on hole-in-one holes. There is a three muligan maximum per person. Continental Breakfast, Refreshments, and Lunch:
A continental breakfast will be available at the registration area. Course refreshments and snacks can be found at the Half Way House, and at various locations pon the course. Luncheon will be held after play. Final Foursome and Tee Assignments:

Check out our auction items on the website - We will be auctioning them off in an exciting, fast-paced Live Auction during the Awards Luncheon.
Prizes:
Prizes will be awarded during the luncheon. First and Second Places include a Trophy for each player!
In addition to the golfing prizes, we will have several great door prizes to present at the awards luncheon.
Categories include:
1st through 6th Low Net teams
Closest to the Pin on all par threes
Longest/Straightest Drive for Men and Women.
Prizes will be presented as gift certificates for use in the Green Gables CC proshop. |
